You may return new, unopened items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Meet the bottles your vest has been waiting for. The Iris Soft Flask Bottles are purpose-built to fit the Artemis Race Cest and most major front-pocket vests.
BPA Free, with a no-leak bite valve and low-slosh, flexible body keep things quiet and comfortable, while extra-grippy lids twist on/off easily with sweaty hands.
The tapered ends slide in and out of pockets smoothly for quick refills at aid stations. Choose from two fantastic colours to match your vest and build your perfect training and race day setup.
The Iris Soft Flasks are 500ml bottles are made to fit the Artemis Race Vest and most other brands.
The bottles have a bit-valve so no need to worry about leaky bottles while you're on the move. The grip-top means you can quickly and easily top up your water or electrolytes at checkpoints.
Yes our soft flasks are BPA free.
The Iris Soft Flasks can be washed in the dishwasher, or in warm soapy water with a soft brush. Top tip from our Founder is to soak in a Milton sterilising tablet, to remove any excess residue from your electrolytes/carb mix.

Our Founder Leigh-Ann recommends practising your fueling during training runs, so there are no surprises on race day. Try different foods and alternating between gels and real food every 30 minutes. Make sure you keep hydrated by sipping water and electrolytes - aiming for 500ml fluid per hour.
