Who is Run With Us for? 

Our FREE events are for women who can already run a comfortable 10k, but would like to try trail running, or join like-minded people to run, chat and enjoy the wonderful scenery of the trails.

Afterwards, there is usually an option to stay for coffee/lunch (or cake!).
