Trail Goddess is small, independent brand and every single order is packed by real hands - not robots. We move as fast as we can, but we also take care to make sure every parcel that leaves us is quality checked so it leaves our HQ in great condition.

• Free Tracked 48 Shipping on all UK orders over £50

Please allow extra time during busy periods like bank holidays, Freedom Friday or Christmas. We promise we’re doing our best to keep things moving quickly.

Pre-Order Information

Our kit is designed by female trail and ultra runners, from scratch and made in small batches - that’s how we are able to continually invest in new products, keep the quality high and avoid waste. Sometimes that means a little waiting, but it’s worth it when every product is designed and made especially for women.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll send everything together once the full order has arrived.
👉 If you need your in-stock pieces sooner, it’s best to place a separate order or contact us to split your shipping cost (support@trailgoddess.co.uk).

Orders are shipped in the order they were placed. Because demand can be high, we can’t always give a guaranteed date, but please know your order’s in the queue and we’re working through them as fast as we can.

All pre-orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (unless otherwise stated). You’ll get your tracking info by email once it’s on the way. This is the quickest, safest and most secure (or so we've found) method of postage for getting your items to you.

If you haven’t had an update, it just means it hasn’t shipped yet - we've not forgotten, your order is just waiting its turn.

We can’t bump orders up the list - we process everything in order so everyone’s treated fairly.

If it’s been 7 working days past the estimated dispatch date, please drop us a message and we’ll check in on it for you. We just ask that you give us that little bit of extra time before chasing - every email and DM means time away from packing your orders.

Dispatch Times

We aim to pick and pack everything the same day if your item is available and ordered before 1pm. Please note we do not pack orders on a Sunday.

During busier times, it might take few days longer - we’re small but we’re mighty, and we always catch up.

If there’s ever a delay with your order, we’ll reach out to explain what’s going on. You can then:
a) Cancel your order
b) Swap for something else
c) Wait for your chosen item to arrive

We always do our best to deliver quickly, but sometimes things like postal or manufacturing delays are out of our hands. Either way, we’ll keep you updated as best we can.
