International Delivery

We are delighted to offer international shipping.

Please note that international delivery differs from our UK service.

Shipping Methods

We currently offer:

Royal Mail International Tracked

• Europe: 3–5 working days from despatch

• Worldwide: 5–7 working days from despatch

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout to ensure the most accurate and up-to-date pricing.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties or local taxes that may apply upon arrival in the destination country. Trail Goddess cannot be held liable for these charges.

Northern Ireland

Orders to Northern Ireland are treated as UK deliveries and are shipped via our standard UK delivery service. No additional customs charges apply.

International Returns

Returning Items

The cost of returning international items is the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be requested via your customer account prior to sending the item(s) back. Our normal Returns Policy applies to items that can be returned.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on international orders. If you wish to purchase an alternative item, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.
